Easily Dashimaki egg


I cooked the Dashimaki egg for Osechi at the last night in 2010. It was very easy! It's cooked with the oven.

- 8 eggs
- 1 hanpen(a cake of pounded fish) Tear it small.
- 3/4 cup suger
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 tablespoon soy sauce(lighter colored)
- 3/4 cup stock(see Dasi)
※ Preheat the oven to 190℃
※ Square Cake Pan, 18cm. Spread a cook sheet.

All ingredients are mixed with the electric mixer, and pour into a low cake pan(For brownie is the best.), and cook for about 20 minutes. When it's hot, lift this side with a cook sheet and roll it. Cool it for a while.
